Dr. Prebagaran Jayaraman

A former Major in the Malaysian Armed Forces, Praba led complex projects and trained Navy personnel before becoming a Certified Lead Trainer for HRD Corp’s Train-the-Trainer program. His passion for the Thirukkural began in childhood, sparked by Kurals his father shared with him — despite having no formal Tamil education. Today he works to help the next generation reconnect with the wisdom in their own cultural roots.

Vijayakumar Rajagopal
COACH • FACILITATOR • LEADERSHIP PARTNER · Founder, Tetra Axis Pte Ltd (India)
A Chemical Engineer by training, Vijay built his career in the oil and gas sector across India, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Malaysia — leading global engineering teams and serving as a strategy advisor at Shell. Tamil is his mother tongue, and a lifelong connection to classical Tamil literature shaped his approach as he transitioned into executive coaching, helping senior leaders and leadership teams evolve.
