Do I need any background in Tamil literature or Indian philosophy?
None. The framework is taught in plain, business-relevant language with case studies from global companies — no prior knowledge required.
What's the difference between Half-Day, Full-Day, and Enterprise formats?
Half-Day introduces the framework for leadership alignment. Full-Day adds team application and reflection. The Multi-Session Enterprise Journey is a custom, multi-month engagement for deeper organisational change.
